Can a repair be rescheduled without losing the file?
Yes. You reschedule the same job, which keeps the full history of visits.
Is the customer told about the visit?
Yes. They receive a reminder the day before and an SMS when the technician leaves, under your company’s name.
How much does Regioo cost?
CHF 45 per technician per month, excluding VAT. There is no minimum term: you can cancel for the end of any month.
Can I try Regioo for free?
Yes. The trial lasts 14 days and needs no credit card.
Does Regioo track my technicians continuously?
No. The position is recorded at three moments only: at departure, when work starts and when it ends. Nothing is recorded outside a job and no route is kept.
